These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya385 ("taya385," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the taya385 platform available at taya385.net, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on taya385, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the taya385 Platform.

taya385 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. To register and maintain an account on taya385, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a taya385 player account.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any bets or accessing any games.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or voluntary exclusion programme at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of taya385, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. taya385 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.

Once your taya385 account is registered and verified, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your login credentials — including your username and password — are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any third party.

taya385 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your account and that you enable any additional security features offered on the Platform. You must notify taya385 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. taya385 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, taya385 is legally obligated to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, PhilSys card, driver's licence)

All financial transactions on the taya385 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya385 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any foreign currency amounts transferred will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

taya385 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

taya385 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Changes to payment methods will be communicated via the Platform's cashier section.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your taya385 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact taya385 support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where possible.

• taya385 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

taya385 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional campaigns to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages, as specified in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on the taya385 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. taya385 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, taya385 will follow its established void-and-refund protocol. Bets on incomplete rounds will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may be subject to change.
• taya385 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds or on markets affected by a technical error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• Payouts for winning bets are credited to the player's taya385 wallet balance immediately upon settlement of the game or event.
• For sports betting, all results are settled based on official scores and results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, boxing commissions, UFC). In the event of a dispute, taya385's decision on settlement is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya385 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available through the standard user interface.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other purpose that violates Philippine law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya385 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Match-fixing or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting events on which taya385 offers betting markets.

All content on the taya385 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio, video, and the taya385 brand identity — is the property of taya385 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of taya385.

Game content, including slot titles and live dealer software, is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and WM Casino. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya385 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is engaging in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Continuation of the account would expose taya385 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been placed on the PAGCOR exclusion list.

Upon termination for cause, taya385 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately owned by the player and no violation is established, it will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting taya385 support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

taya385 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through taya385's internal support channels may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the taya385 Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

taya385 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page at taya385.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly whenever material changes are made.

Where taya385 considers a change to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects player rights or obligations — taya385 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Non-material corrections, such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the taya385 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
